Vincent Kompany has downplayed Bayern Munich’s pursuit of the Bundesliga goals record after their 5-1 win over Hoffenheim on Sunday. According to L'Équipe, he addressed the issue in a press conference.
Bayern have scored 79 league goals this season.

That haul moves them closer to the single-season mark of 101.
Kompany said the record is not a priority for him.
He is the coach of the Bavarian club.
