Fresh reporting from Fichajes has intensified concerns surrounding Real Madrid’s internal stability, revealing that several of the club’s biggest names have yet to fully adapt to Xabi Alonso’s tactical model.

According to the outlet, players such as Vinicius Jr., Jude Bellingham, Federico Valverde, Endrick and Rodrygo are not entirely comfortable within the structure demanded by the coach and are open to a change in direction if the situation does not improve.

Notably, the timing of these revelations could not be more sensitive.

Real Madrid’s painful defeat to Celta Vigo has reignited debates about Alonso’s future, raising questions not only about his tactical approach but also the squad’s overall performance and mentality in recent weeks.

The loss damaged the club’s position in the La Liga title race, but more importantly, it exposed cracks in the dressing room that can no longer be ignored.

The dressing room is divided

Inside the dressing room, tensions reportedly boiled over after the match. Sources claim the group split into two camps – those who blamed the refereeing for the expulsions, and those who held the team responsible for failing to compete with the required intensity.

According to reports, the unease extends directly to the squad’s relationship with Alonso.

In fact, several key players feel they have not fully settled into his game plan, with some, particularly the younger talents, believing they have been denied consistent playing time.

This has fuelled conversations about whether the club should consider a shift in leadership or tactical direction.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid’s hierarchy is attempting to remain composed. Florentino Perez is said to be carefully monitoring the situation, fully aware that the current level of discontent cannot persist.

The defeat to Celta Vigo merely amplified concerns that had been growing due to inconsistent performances and the ongoing challenge of managing injuries.
