Walker makes request to Milan supporters after Feyenoord loss: ‘All of you’ | OneFootball

Kyle Walker told Milan supporters that the team ‘will need all of you’ during the second leg of the Champions League play-off match against Feyenoord in San Siro next week following an underwhelming 1-0 loss at De Kuip on Wednesday night.

There was much excitement about the launch of Milan’s ‘fab four’ – Rafael Leao, Joao Felix, Christian Pulisic and Santiago Gimenez starting together for the first time in the Netherlands, but the Rossoneri conceded three minutes in and were not able to find the equaliser before half-time.

Some pundits claimed that the Rossoneri were fortunate to ‘only’ be one goal down halfway through the tie.

Walker pleads with Milan fans after Feyenoord loss

All is not over for Sergio Conceicao and his team just yet, however, as Milan will have a second leg in San Siro to redeem themselves against Feyenoord, a game which will need the full support of everybody in the stadium, Walker claims.

“Not the result we wanted, but all to play for in the second leg on Tuesday and we will need all of you,” the England international wrote in a social media message following the 1-0 defeat in the first leg.
