Barcelona starlet Lamine Yamal has this weekend moved to make clear his ongoing support for club legend Lionel Messi.

As much comes by way of a post across the youngster’s social media channels.

Lamine, of course, has long been considered the long-term heir to Lionel Messi in Catalunya’s capital.

The most gifted attacking talent to emerge from La Masia since the days of the Argentine, the 18-year-old is already in the conversation for world football’s best player.

Messi, meanwhile, whilst winding down his career, is continuing to dazzle stateside, on the books of MLS outfit Inter Miami.

In the early hours of Sunday, the 38-year-old notched two goals and an assist to lead Inter to a 3-2 triumph over DC United.

And as alluded to above, such efforts on Messi’s part have since been recognised by none other than Lamine.

Taking to his official TikTok account this weekend, the Barcelona sensation unveiled a video of himself dancing, whilst sporting Messi’s Inter Miami jersey:
