‘We aim to win everything’ – Real Madrid midfielder makes big promise after milestone win vs Sevilla | OneFootball

Eduardo Camavinga added another important milestone to his Real Madrid career after helping the team secure a 1-0 victory away to Sevilla, reaching his 100th La Liga victory as a Real Madrid player.

Camavinga has now featured in 142 league matches for Los Blancos since arriving in Spain and speaking after the game, he admitted that reaching such a number means a lot to him

“This figure shows we’ve won a lot and we have to keep it up. I’m very proud to be here and to do everything I can for the club. 

“I give my all when I’m on the pitch and I’m happy to have reached 100 wins today. I hope it’ll be 101 in the next match.”

The midfielder also opened up emotionally about what Real Madrid means to him personally, explaining that playing for the club still feels like a dream years after his arrival.

While discussing his connection with Madrid, he stated, “It’s always a pleasure and a dream. 

“Ever since I had my first training session, I’ve wanted to be here since I was a child, so it’s always been a dream. 

“When I go to training, I always think about victory and winning titles. And now I think we have to win again in the next match and next season.”

Thinking about trophies next season

Although Real Madrid’s campaign has not fully gone according to plan, Camavinga’s mentality after the Sevilla victory showed that the dressing room is already focused on bouncing back stronger next year.

The French international made it clear that success is not optional at Real Madrid. 

“I think the club’s aim is to win everything. We have to win it all again – whether it’s La Liga or the Copa del Rey, we have to win. 

“That starts with one win, then two, three, and we have to keep going like that: winning and winning to secure every title for the club. 

“We’re going for many more wins and also for many more titles,” he concluded.
