Leeds United return from the March international break with Sunday’s FA Cup quarter-final at West Ham, 4.30pm at London Stadium, with one out, three doubts and four back.
The clubs are in a survival fight, West Ham third-bottom and four points behind Leeds in 15th. According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, the break brought setbacks and returns.
Doubt: Crysencio Summerville, West Ham’s former Whites star, suffered a calf injury in the fifth-round win over Brentford, then missed the Hammers’ next two matches. There were suggestions of a return, but Sunday involvement remains uncertain.
Doubt: Jean-Clair Todibo sustained a calf problem in the warm-up before the Aston Villa game and did not feature. His status to face the Whites is unclear.
Doubt: Konstantinos Mavropanos suffered a head injury in Friday’s 1-0 loss to Paraguay and went off with seven minutes left. He was expected to miss Tuesday’s game against Hungary, so is a doubt under injury and concussion protocols.
Back: Oliver Scarles fractured his collarbone in October, then a knock in the Brentford tie kept him out against Manchester City. He rejoined the squad at Villa as an unused substitute.
Back: Gabi Gudmundsson returns after a one-match ban from a contentious second yellow at Crystal Palace. He took a knee knock in Thursday’s win over Ukraine but later indicated he would play on Tuesday against Poland.
Back: Noah Okafor ended a five-game hamstring lay-off as a late sub in the goalless Brentford draw, then joined Switzerland. He could push for a start.
