The city of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Union have announced that Côte d'Ivoire has chosen Subaru Park as its official primary base camp for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The Elephants will conduct their training sessions at the Philadelphia Union stadium, home to one of Major League Soccer's (MLS) teams. During the tournament, Côte d'Ivoire’s squad will also train at the WSFS Bank Sportsplex in Chester, Pennsylvania.

Tim McDermott, president of Philadelphia Union, stated: "Hosting Côte d'Ivoire at our facilities is a tremendous honor for Philadelphia Union and our entire region."

After being crowned champions of Africa in 2023, Côte d'Ivoire will be making their fourth appearance in the FIFA World Cup finals.
