As the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup approach their conclusion, two players are tied at the top of the assists leaderboard.

Ghana’s Jordan Ayew and Madagascar’s El Hadary Raheriniaina have each delivered five assists so far.

They are closely followed by four players with four assists each: Mohamed Amoura (Algeria), Musa Barrow (Gambia), Youssouf M’Changama (Comoros), and Guélor Kanga (Gabon).
