The fallout from England’s goalless draw against Ghana is still fresh even though the Three Lions are effectively through to the knockout stage following Croatia’s 1-0 win over Panama.

The day 13 schedule culminated in Group K in Guadalajara, where the Colombia came out on top against DR Congo to remain top of the table ahead of the decider against Portugal later in the week.

Day 14 brings a mammoth six-game slate at the World Cup, kicking off in Vancouver and Seattle respectively as Canada face Switzerland and Bosnia-Herzegovina take on Qatar.

It is all to play for in Group B as all four teams can qualify for the knockout phase. A draw between Canada and Switzerland will be enough for both teams to progress, with the co-hosts going through as group winners.

Bosnia know that a win, ideally by at a least three-goal margin, will give them a slight chance of finishing above Canada - should they lose - or as one of the best third-placed teams. Qatar, with a goal difference of -6, need a mini miracle to qualify.

We then move north to Group C and Miami where Scotland are aiming to make history by reaching the World Cup knockout stages for the first-time ever. Taking on Brazil, a win will be enough for Steve Clarke’s side, a draw should do it but even a defeat may not be fatal.

Brazil, themselves, must match or better Morocco’s result against Haiti - in the other game from the group which kicks off at the same time - to progress as group winners.

The two overnight offerings for fans in the UK is from Group A. In Mexico City, Mexico will look to make it a clean sweep with victory over Czechia - whom themselves will progress as runners-up with a win coupled with South Korea losing to South Africa.

The action concludes in Monterrey, where Korea know a point will be enough to finish second regardless of what happens in the Czechia game. Bafana Bafana, meanwhile, must win to have any hope of going through as two points is unlikely to seem them through as a third-place qualifier.
