L'Équipe reports that the Belgian defender injured his left ankle.

He collided with Ally Samatta in the 23rd minute and initially tried to continue.
Faes was withdrawn in the 29th minute and replaced by Eric Dier.
It was only his second outing for Monaco since joining on loan from Leicester this winter.
