“It cannot be allowed that, despite this scenario, the distribution process continues in the face of the pointed-out discrepancies and omissions, combined with the debtor’s repeated failure to present the documents required by the decision that set the plan’s guidelines,” said the businessman, who is petitioning the court to suspend the RCE until the inconsistencies are resolved.

One of Cury’s main complaints concerns the fact that about R$ 14 million related to one of the lawsuits filed by the agent against Corinthians was included in the total amount of RCE creditors. As a result, in the distribution carried out by Laspro, the businessman would receive approximately R$ 300,000 in this first installment, and not the full amount of the lawsuit.
