Zenit value Luiz Henrique at €40m-€50m amid Flamengo interest

Zenit initially sought €50 million, R$305 million, for Luiz Henrique but are ready to lower the figure to €40 million, R$244 million, in the next transfer window.

Asked on Monday 30 about a move to Flamengo after the World Cup, the forward laughed and declined to be drawn. “I cannot answer that,” he said. “I want to do my best for my club so that afterwards I can decide with my family,” he told GOAT.

Flamengo are interested in signing Luiz Henrique. However, Zenit are prepared to sell only after the World Cup.

Until then, Flamengo will monitor his situation with a view to adding him in the second half of the year, when domestic and international competitions enter their decisive stages.

The stance means any potential talks would wait until after the tournament and into the next window.
