Egyptian winger Ahmed Mostafa Zizo's spoken positively about Al Ahly’s preseason training camp in Tabarka, Tunisia praising the natural environment for helping players cope with the intensity of preparations.

Focused on Titles , Trust in the Coach

In statements to Al Ahly’s official website, Zizo said the team's working hard to maximize the benefit of the preparation period aiming to start the new season strongly and win trophies.

He emphasized that the technical staff's correcting mistakes and enhancing both physical & tactical readiness.

He welcomed the strategy of rotating playing time during the friendly against Stade Tunisien calling it positive signal for the squad’s depth. Zizo also voiced complete trust in the ideas of the new coach expressing no concern about the preparation phase.

Zizo praised Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet describing him as top player who will have standout season. He noted the strong reception from fans and vowed to give his best when the season kicks off.

He confessed that he was more excited to play his 1st match with Al Ahly than facing Lionel Messi even though he felt honored to share the pitch with the Argentine legend. Zizo also expressed his dream to help Al Ahly return to the FIFA Club World cup in 2029.

No Rush for First Goal , Eyes Set on Glory

Zizo said he’s not rushing to score his 1st goal for Al Ahly hoping it comes early in the league season. "I've no celebration planned yet" he added.

He welcomed the early August start to the new campaign saying the hectic schedule across local, continental and international fronts requires early momentum. "I hope the season's full of titles and achievements" he said.
