1,125 less but…Total miles Newcastle United fans will travel for 2025/26 Premier League games

We now know all Premier League clubs for the 2025/26 season.
The play-off final saw that list of 20 completed.
Sunderland defeating Sheffield United at Wembley.
So the Mackems come up along with Burnley and Leeds.
Meanwhile, Southampton, Ipswich and Leicester go down.
The good news is that the three promoted clubs are now the three closest away trips for Newcastle United fans, plus last season Southampton was the third longest trip of the 19, Ipswich the sixth longest trip, Leicester the fourteenth longest.
The 2025/26 Premier League clubs, number of miles round trip from Newcastle United / St James’ Park to each of the 19 stadiums:

Number of miles to go there and back from SJP to the 19 Newcastle United away games in 2025/26 Premier League – 8,300 miles
Newcastle United still top the table, though 1,125 miles less than the 2024/25 season.
Sunderland fans have the second longest travel, a few hundred miles less than United, then Bournemouth are third longest travellers, around 1,000 less than Newcastle fans.
