"We're still in the race despite our loss to Senegal. As long as there's life, there's hope," said Bakambu before sharing his ultimate dream. "My wildest dream? Honestly, to play in the World Cup with the Democratic Republic of Congo. To be frank, I think about it every single day. It's absolutely crucial because it could be historic. We have to go to the World Cup, whether it's through the playoffs or direct qualification. The goal remains the same. It won't be easy, but we're going to fight for it." he added.
