Milan sits second with 63 points and have lost just twice in their last 29 league games. They come into this match on the back of a 3-2 win over Torino. Away from home, they have the best defensive record in the league, conceding 0.67 goals per game, and have earned a league-high 14 points from losing positions.
As AC Milan are trailing lead leaders Inter Milan by nine points with an extra game in hand, they will certainly want to secure their three points and keep the pressure on the leaders.
Massimiliano Allegri is considering a significant shake-up to his starting line-up. Matteo Gabbia and Ruben Loftus-Cheek have had recent fitness issues, though Loftus-Cheek is back in partial training and may play.
The main talking point is up front, where Allegri could drop Rafael Leao and Christian Pulisic in favour of Niclas Fullkrug and Christopher Nkunku. Leao has recovered from a hip and groin problem but his minutes may be limited as a precaution.
Luka Modrić and Youssouf Fofana are set to anchor the midfield as Milan look to take advantage of a depleted Napoli defence with a more direct style of play.
Possible AC Milan starting XI: Maignan; Tomori, De Winter, Pavlovic; Saelemaekers, Fofana, Modric, Rabiot, Bartesaghi; Nkunku, Fulkrug.
The match will kick off at 7:45pm BST on Monday, 6th April.
The match is available to watch on TNT Sports and DAZN in the UK.
