Adidas revives throwback “win or go home” vibes with Chalamet vs urban legends, starring Messi, Bellingham, Yamal | OneFootball

Adidas have dropped one of the best football adverts we've seen for a very long time.

The German giants have gone big when it comes to global superstars, with actor Timothée Chalamet featuring alongside football iconsLionel Messi, Jude Bellingham, Lamine Yamal, and Trinity Rodman for his street-football story that feels straight from the 90s.

There's even cameos from music mega-star Bad Bunny,Ousmane Dembele, Florian Wirtz, Raphinha, Pedri, and Santiago Gimenez, alongside AI-generated David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane and Alessandro Del Piero back in their pomps. It's quite the cast.

The ad features a tale of three friends who have become urban legends for the invincibility in the cage, with even the likes of Beckham and Zidane unable to conquer the trio.

Chalament's dream team is comprised to take them on, with the "win or go home" mantra a throwback to some of the most notorious and nostalgic football adverts of yesteryear.
