Alberto Marí will have surgery on a left biceps femoris injury on Friday, 20 March, in Valencia. The forward is on loan at CD Mirandés from Valencia CF.
Valencia said in a statement that he will be operated on by Dr Ignacio Muñoz Criado, under the supervision of the club’s head of medical services, Dr Pedro López.

It is a fresh setback late in a difficult campaign, and it will force him to miss several matches.
The Alicante-born striker has scored only one goal in LaLiga Hypermotion this season.
Mirandés, who were one game from promotion last term, are bottom after matchday 30 and 10 points from safety. Their survival would take a miracle.
