Alexander Isak finally scores his first PL goal for Liverpool 🔥 | OneFootball

It has been a wretched winter for Liverpool as they endure their worst run of form since 1953 with nine losses in 12 games across all competitions. 

That has coincided with Alexander Isak's struggles, but it appears fortunes are changing today for both team and player. 

English football's most expensive-ever footballer ended a 381 minute wait for a first Premier League goal with a finish we have become so accustomed to over recent years. 

After a nice ball from Florian Wirtz found Cody Gakpo, the Dutchman cut the ball back for Isak, who guided the ball beautifully into the bottom corner. 

His strike now makes it six against West Ham in the league - his joint-most against any side - and could set the Reds on the way to a precious win.
