The Algerian Football Federation has unveiled the schedule for the upcoming national team training camp, set for March as part of preparations for the 2026 World Cup. Algeria will hold a training camp in Italy from March 23 to 31, featuring two friendly matches against opponents with very different profiles.

The first fixture will see Vladimir Petkovic's men take on Guatemala on March 27, 2026, at 8:30 p.m., at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris in Genoa. Four days later, on March 31 at the same time, Riyad Mahrez and his teammates will face off against Uruguay at the Allianz Stadium in Turin.

These two matchups will provide the perfect testing ground to fine-tune team chemistry and assess the squad's competitive level ahead of the global showdown.
