Allan has landed in São Paulo for medical tests ahead of a loan move from Flamengo to Corinthians, after the clubs reached agreement. According to Coluna Do Fla, the midfielder said playing for the Itaquera side had long been a dream.
He added that, if the checks go well, he considers himself a Corinthians player. He said he came to play, contribute and focus on building his story, aiming to help win titles at a champion club where responsibility increases.
Allan noted the talks were lengthy but ultimately resolved, and that he was anxious and struggled to sleep during negotiations. He said he is prepared, arrives from a big team and spoke at Congonhas Airport in São Paulo.
In 2025, Allan made 33 appearances for Flamengo, starting 17. In 2026 he has featured only once, withdrawn at half-time in the Fla-Flu in the Campeonato Carioca, and he was left out of the last five squads by Filipe Luís despite no fitness issue, amid talks with Corinthians.
If Corinthians choose to buy at year end, the price is set at 2.5 million euros, about R$ 15.5 million, for 50% of his rights. There is also a clause requiring a payment if he is fielded against Flamengo.
Without Allan, Flamengo are scheduled to face Vitória on Tuesday 10 in the third round of the Campeonato Brasileiro, at 21:30 Brasília time, at Barradão in Salvador.
