Ally McCoist has delivered his verdict as West Brom continue to struggle in the Championship.
Ally McCoist has weighed in on West Bromwich Albion's struggles, as the Baggies continue to battle relegation despite beginning the season with Championship play-off aspirations.
Eric Ramsay is yet to win a game since replacing the sacked Ryan Mason in the Hawthorns dugout, as Saturday's 0-0 draw with Stoke City saw the Black Country outfit's winless run extended to seven league games.
Albion are vying to earn their first victory since a 2-1 triumph over Queens Park Rangers on 29 December when they make the short trip to Birmingham City on Tuesday night.
Winning at St Andrew's is easier said than done, though, as Blues are on an impressive seven-game unbeaten run, thanks to a 2-1 victory over Leicester City on Saturday.

West Brom boast high-quality players in their squad, such as Isaac Price and Callum Styles, yet sit just one point above the Championship relegation zone ahead of their visit to Birmingham.
Speaking about Albion's increasingly worrying situation live on talkSPORT Breakfast on Tuesday morning, former Rangers star Ally McCoist said: "I cannot believe what is happening at the Baggies at the moment. Dear me."
Meanwhile, Ramsay's poor start to his tenure could go from bad to worse, as Birmingham are just two points adrift of the play-off places while they vie for consecutive promotions from League One to the Premier League.
Blues also heavily bolstered their squad in the winter transfer window with the additions of defenders like Jonathan Panzo and Kai Wagner as well as attackers such as Ibrahim Osmen and Carlos Vicente.

Mason was deservedly sacked by West Brom, having endured a run of 10 consecutive away defeats in the Championship.
The Baggies' woeful league form on the road came to an end in Ramsay's first away game in charge, as they drew 1-1 at Derby County on 23 January, thanks to Chris Mepham's 95th-minute equaliser.
However, the 33-year-old's tenure began with a late 3-2 defeat to Middlesbrough at The Hawthorns, before being battered 5-0 by Norwich City, also on home soil.
West Brom were then unable to gain momentum from their stoppage-time equaliser at Derby, as they were beaten 3-0 at Portsmouth before they failed to win against Stoke.
Should the Baggies lose to Birmingham, it will extend Ramsay's winless run to six games and add a fourth defeat to his Championship managerial record.
Acquiring the 33-year-old from Minnesota United always felt like a risk from the Hawthorns outfit, arguably especially after Wilfried Nancy struggled at Celtic, having joined the Scottish Premiership giants from Major League Soccer club Columbus Crew.
Perhaps Ramsay has not yet had the time to instil his own ideas and methods at West Brom, but the West Midlands outfit's Championship status is at risk if they continue failing to win games.
Albion will be handed some respite from their second-tier struggles when they travel to Norwich in the FA Cup this Saturday, but an upcoming league encounter with automatic promotion contenders Coventry City could spell trouble for their new boss.
