Grêmio have been handed a key boost for Sunday’s Gauchão semi-final against Juventude, with Belgian forward Amuzu cleared to play after his work visa was renewed and published in the Diário Oficial da União, according to Globo.com.

He missed the first leg last Sunday after his previous visa expired.

Head coach Luís Castro also regains midfielder Noriega, who returns from suspension. Centre-back Wagner Leonardo has trained this week after muscle discomfort and could be involved.

The defender will be assessed before the game and, if fit, is expected to partner Balbuena in central defence.

Castro remains without Willian and Tetê through injury, while Cuéllar has returned from the Carnival break with a viral condition.
