Angers have confirmed the signing of 35-year-old goalkeeper Anthony Lopes on a two-year contract, with an optional third season.
The club said in a statement that the Portuguese goalkeeper arrives with significant experience, citing 553 professional appearances, including 427 in Ligue 1.

Out of contract at Nantes, the former Olympique Lyonnais stalwart will now play for his third Ligue 1 club. He is 1.84 m tall.
Angers, who finished 13th in last season’s Ligue 1, will be able to call on his experience next term.
The move was made official on Monday.
