Angers interested in OGC Nice’s Terem Moffi | OneFootball

There could once again be change afoot in the attacking department at SCO Angers. It was Esteban Lepaul who left in the summer, joining Stade Rennais late in the window. 

Without the freedom to replace him, the club promoted two academy players in the form of Sidiki Chérif and Prosper Peter. The former has impressed in particular, to the extent that he is the subject of interest from four clubs, including AC Milan and Crystal Palace, according to a report from Mohamed Toubache-Ter. 

But there could also be an arrival. Toubache-Ter understands that Angers are interested in OGC Nice forward Terem Moffi, who has not played for the club since he was one of the victims of fan violence outside the club’s training ground at the end of November. 

Moffi has been officially placed on sick leave ever since the incident and it is unclear whether he will ever play for the club again. Angers are interested in a loan deal for the Nigeria international and are awaiting the conditions of a potential deal.
