Manuel Adorni, the chief of cabinet, said in a post on X that TV Pública and Radio Nacional will carry all Argentina matches at the 2026 World Cup, with transmission rights covered by a commercial deal rather than taxpayers’ money.
The tournament runs from 11 June to 19 July 2026. The opening match, Mexico v South Africa, is scheduled for Thursday 11 June at 16 at the Estadio Azteca.

Argentina, the reigning champions, begin on Tuesday 16 June at 22 against Algeria at Kansas City Stadium.
Lionel Scaloni’s side then face Austria on Monday 22 June at 14 at Dallas Stadium.
They conclude the group stage on Saturday 27 June at 23 against Jordan at the same venue.
