Arsenal are reportedly considering a summer move for Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman.

The Gunners have regularly been linked with Coman in recent transfer windows, including in January, and that interest is said to still be there heading into the summer.

Sky Germany report that Bayern have decided they are willing to sell the Frenchman and Arsenal have already made contact with the winger’s representatives to explore the possibility of a move.

It’s claimed that Bayern would be looking for a fee of around £35m, though that would rise to closer to £45m for clubs in Saudi Arabia, if those enquiries materialise into something more serious.

After a quiet January window, all signs point to Arsenal being active this summer after the arrival of new sporting director Andrea Berta.

Mikel Arteta said earlier this month: "It's going to be a big one [summer] and we are very excited about it

“When you are going to go again, we want to increase the depth of the squad and the quality and the skills that we need to go to the next step.

"Every summer is big because it is an opportunity - and especially because of the number of players we have in the squad right now, that is necessary.”

Victor Gyokeres and Benjamin Sesko are among the strikers linked with a move to north London, while Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams also remains a target.

In midfield, the Gunners will hope to wrap up the signing of Martin Zubimendi, with the futures of Jorginho and Thomas Partey, who are both out of contract at the end of the season, uncertain.
