Milan look to Rafael Leao and Christian Pulisic in their first pre-season friendly in Asia against Riccardo Calafiori’s Arsenal.

It kicks off at 13:30 CET (12:30 BST) at the National Stadium in Singapore.

Milan have appointed a new coach for 2025-26, bringing Massimiliano Allegri back to San Siro.

The Italian tactician will look to Pulisic and Leao in attack, given that Santiago Gimenez didn’t travel with the rest of the team to Asia. The Mexico international is on holiday after participating in the Gold Cup with his national team.

The same is true of Luka Modric, who played in the Club World Cup with Real Madrid until just a few days ago.

Another summer signing, Samuele Ricci, starts in the middle of the park for Milan today, joining Yunus Musah and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

Allegri has picked a 3-5-2 formation with Malick Thiaw, Strahinja Pavlović and Fikayo Tomori in central defence.

Italy international Calafiori starts as a centre-back for Arsenal.
