Mikel Arteta admits Ben White’s injury “doesn’t look good at all”.

The defender was forced off in the first half of Arsenal’s 1-0 win over West Ham with what looked to be a knee injury.

“We don’t know but it doesn’t look good at all,” the Arsenal boss said on the defender.

“He needs some further testing tomorrow probably and I will know a bit more.”

It would come as another major blow for White, who has already had to miss significant game time for Arsenal over the past couple of seasons with injury.

Arteta also confirmed that the decision to take off Riccardo Calafiori for Christhian Mosquera at half-time was because of an injury to the Italian, and not a tactical switch.
