AS reports that Atlético Madrid intend to sue Barcelona over alleged negotiations with Julian Alvarez, who remains under contract.
The club plan to take the case to FIFA's sporting justice commission over those talks.

Alvarez, 26, said on Monday after Argentina's 2-0 World Cup win over Austria that he wants to leave Atlético, without naming Barcelona.
Atlético have made clear that any move to Barcelona would only happen if the 500 million euros release clause is paid, with no alternative considered.
The forward joined Atlético in 2024 and is under contract until 2030.
