Bailey, Fabbian, Bove: Every confirmed Serie A transfer on 21 January | OneFootball

Serie A clubs pushed through a clutch of confirmed deals on 21 January, despite an evening dominated by Champions League ties.

According to Football Italia, Roma terminated Leon Bailey’s loan, sending the Jamaica international back to Aston Villa. Edoardo Bove left Roma after ending his contract, joining Watford on a free transfer.

Fiorentina brought in Giovanni Fabbian from Bologna on loan, with a possible obligation to buy if conditions are met. Simon Sohm will move in the opposite direction and has already trained with Bologna, although his transfer from Fiorentina has not yet been confirmed.

Bologna sent Ibrahim Sulemana back to Atalanta, then the Ghana international returned to Cagliari on loan with an option to buy. Cagliari also secured Alberto Dossena from Como on loan until the end of the season.

Genoa welcomed back David Ankeye following the end of his loan at Krasava ENY. The winter window closes at 20:00 CET, 19:00 GMT, on the second of February.
