Following his controversial remarks ahead of El Clásico, Lamine Yamal proved to be a huge disappointment on the Real Madrid pitch (1-2) Sunday in La Liga. His performance was particularly lackluster. Unsurprisingly, the Catalan winger is facing a barrage of criticism this Monday. Madrid-based dailies AS and Marca have directly linked Yamal’s media comments to his poor showing on the field.
