According to SPORT, FC Barcelona director Deco held a meeting with agent Javi Garrido, who represents PSG’s Kang-in Lee, and the father of Valencia’s Javi Guerra as the club continues to monitor the transfer market and gather information on potential future opportunities.
The meeting was informal in nature and focused on football-related matters rather than any active negotiations.
Sources indicate that Deco, Garrido, and Javi Guerra’s father, who works for the agency representing the Valencia player, exchanged views on various players and market situations.
One of the names discussed was Javi Guerra. The Valencia midfielder has been linked with Barcelona in the past, and his current situation reportedly came up during the conversation.

Barcelona’s interest in Guerra is not new. Deco is understood to have inquired about the midfielder on previous occasions, reflecting the club’s long-term admiration for his profile. Nevertheless, no formal talks or transfer plans are currently underway.
However, there is no indication that Barcelona is preparing an immediate move. Guerra’s father recently reiterated that the player remains happy at Valencia and has no plans to leave the club.
The meeting also touched on the situation of Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Kang-In Lee. The South Korean international, who has attracted interest from Atletico Madrid, was discussed in a general market context.
As with Guerra, Barcelona is not pursuing a transfer at this stage but continues to monitor developments surrounding the player.

In addition to established names, discussions included younger talents represented by Garrido’s agency, including Tommy Marques.
While the presence of Javi Guerra’s father and the mention of several notable players attracted attention, sources close to the meeting insist that it should not be interpreted as the beginning of any transfer operation.
Instead, it was described as part of Barcelona’s ongoing strategy of maintaining relationships across the football industry and staying informed about the market before making future decisions.
After all, Deco has held several meetings of this nature with various agents and directors of other clubs in recent months to keep himself informed and up to date about the happenings in the market.
