Barcelona pair unveil new celebration after goal vs Benfica | OneFootball

Two members of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona came together to unveil a new-look celebration on Tuesday evening.

This comes amid the Blaugrana’s meeting with Benfica.

Hansi Flick’s troops are of course locked in action at present, in a Champions League Last-16 2nd-leg showdown with Portuguese heavyweights Benfica.

As things stand, Barca look all set to advance to the competition’s next round, leading by three goals to one on the night, and four goals to one on aggregate.

The two star performers to date have been wingers Lamine Yamal and Raphinha, with the former having been on target to the tune of a brace, and the latter boasting a goal and an assist.

And it was after Lamine’s sumptuous strike from outside the area that he and his attacking partner-in-crime made use of a new-look goal celebration.

After Raphinha dropped to the ground, he lifted Lamine’s boot onto his knee, before imitating a ‘shining’ motion:
