Barcelona star the subject of €50m Premier League proposal | OneFootball

A member of the defensive ranks at La Liga champions Barcelona is the subject of a transfer push on the part of English outfit Aston Villa.

That’s according to Diario Sport, citing El Chiringuito TV, who highlight Alejandro Balde as the player in question.

Full-back Balde has for his part been consistently linked with a potential move away from the Spotify Camp Nou this summer.

Amid mounting question marks surrounding the level of his recent performances, it has been suggested that, for the right price, Barca could be convinced of a sale.

And as alluded to above, such a proposal could yet be forthcoming, courtesy of the Premier League.

As per a report from El Chiringuito TV’s José Álvarez:

“Alejandro Balde has an offer from Aston Villa, who can pay up to 50 million euros for him. The player would also have almost unrejectable conditions.”

It now remains to be seen if the Spaniard himself is interested in a Villa Park switch.
