Barcelona star’s exit ‘finally at the final stages’ | OneFootball

An out-of-favour member of the attacking ranks at La Liga champions Barcelona finally looks set to seal his long-rumoured departure from the club over the days ahead.

That’s according to Fabrizio Romano, who points towards Ansu Fati as the player in question.

The name of wide-man Ansu had of course returned to the forefront of the headlines in Catalunya’s capital over the last 24 hours.

This came after reports were forthcoming that the ongoing negotiations between Barcelona and Monaco for the Spaniard’s transfer had hit a major snag.

Everything from the formula of the deal to the fee involved were cited as sticking points.

As alluded to above, though, on Friday, a breakthrough appears to have been made.

As per a report from transfer insider Fabrizio Romano:

‘AS Monaco and Barcelona are finally resolving last details of Ansu Fati deal. The agreement is now at the final stages with here we go expected soon.’
