Barcelona will take on Real Betis on Sunday in a La Liga clash, with Hansi Flick’s side aiming to respond after their recent setback.

Barcelona have enjoyed a dominant campaign, recently securing their 29th La Liga title with a 2-0 victory over Real Madrid in El Clásico at Spotify Camp Nou.

They have been flawless on home turf, winning all 18 league matches so far. However, their impressive run came to an end in midweek when they suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat away to Deportivo Alavés.

Barcelona have a mostly fit squad, although a few key players are unavailable. Frenkie de Jong has been ruled out after failing to recover from illness in time.

Lamine Yamal also remains out with a long-term hamstring injury, ruling him out for the rest of the season to keep him fresh for the World Cup.

Marcus Rashford is a doubt as well and will need to pass a late fitness test after picking up a minor injury.

There is good news for Flick, though, as Raphinha returns after completing his one-match suspension. In defence, Andreas Christensen is back from a calf injury and is likely to be included on the bench.

Meanwhile, Robert Lewandowski is expected to feature in what will be one of his final home appearances for Barcelona, with his departure confirmed for the end of the season.
