Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has on Sunday secured for himself a fresh piece of international football history. This comes owing to his exploits in the colours of Spain.

Luis de la Fuente’s La Roja are of course currently locked in action at the World Cup, in a meeting with Saudi Arabia.

The European champions headed into proceedings in the knowledge that nothing but a victory would suffice, following an opening day draw with minnows Cabo Verde.

And inside 10 minutes, the aforementioned Lamine sent Spain on their way to precisely that…
