Barracas level late on, knock Temperley out on penalties

Barracas Central reacted in time, drew 2-2 against Temperley, and qualified for the round of 32 of the Copa Argentina after winning 4-3 in the penalty shootout at the Julio Humberto Grondona stadium.

El Gasolero had taken the lead with goals from Valentín Aguiñagalde and Valentino Werro in the first half, but El Guapo found the equalizer in the second half with a brace from Facundo Bruera, both headers, to force the shootout.

From the penalty spot, Barracas was more effective and sealed their qualification after Adrián Arregui smashed his shot against the crossbar.
