Bayern Munich have confirmed a contract extension for 19-year-old Noel Aseko, who has penned a new deal until 2028.

The Bavarians have also announced that Aseko will join 2. Bundesliga outfit Hannover 96 on an 18-month loan deal.

“Noel has developed well in our youth teams since coming to Munich and has been able to regularly impress in training with the senior team of late," said FC Bayern's director of youth development, Jochen Sauer.

"He has now the chance to take the next step at a high level at Hannover. We’ll follow him closely there.”

Aseko is yet to make his senior debut. He joined Bayern from Hertha in 2022.
