Leading Bundesliga clubs have been alerted to Satoshi Tanaka’s reported exit clause at Fortuna Düsseldorf.
Bild claims the midfielder’s release clause is €10m, while clubs from England would need to pay €12m. RP Online reports that Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, VfB Stuttgart, Eintracht Frankfurt, RB Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen would also fall into that latter category.

Tanaka, 23, joined from Sanfrecce Hiroshima in January and has featured in every 2. Bundesliga match for Fortuna since.
With less than a year in Germany, it is unlikely he would leave Düsseldorf in the summer.
He has indicated he is content at the club. “I’m very happy to be here,” he said.
