Real Madrid have been making some big moves in the transfer market so far, having already secured four new signings.
The business is far from done for Los Blancos, though, with incoming manager Jose Mourinho seeking more reinforcements to the squad.
One of the main targets for the Spanish capital giants happens to be Bayern Munich and France winger Michael Olise, with club president Florentino Perez seeing the 24-year-old as his dream acquisition.
As such, reports have suggested that Real Madrid are prepared to make a club-record offer of over €200 million for the attacker who is impressing at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
However, Bayern Munich have been firm on their position that Olise is not for sale this summer, with the German champions viewing him as an untouchable part of their project.
That stance was once again made clear by the Bavarian giants’ president, Herbert Hainer, in a recent interview with AbendZeitung.

Indeed, Hainer stated that if Perez had any intention of making an offer for Olise, the Real Madrid president should forget about it as the winger is not for sale for any price.
“As I’ve said before, if Real Madrid president Florentino Perez had that [a bid] in mind, he can save himself the trouble, because we don’t want to sell Michael,” he stated.
Hainer also highlighting the strong relationship between the two clubs, stating how Real Madrid had contacted him to deny making contact with Olise after issuing an official statement regarding the same.
“As Bayern, we have a very good relationship with Real Madrid, and accordingly they contacted me to say that, firstly, they have absolutely no contact with Olise and, secondly, they don’t want these constant speculations in the media,” he confirmed.

However, despite Bayern Munich’s stance, there is some concern within the club that Olise could be tempted by the possibility of joining Real Madrid.
This comes in light of reports that the 24-year-old attacker has sought a meeting with club officials after the World Cup amid growing speculations over his future.
So, only time will tell how the situation unfolds, but as things stand, Bayern Munich have no intention of parting ways with their key superstar.
