Jan Bednarek has been voted I Liga’s best defender for April.
According to O Jogo, the Poland international had already collected the honour for his performances in September, October, November, December and February.

The 30-year-old played every minute of the four rounds assessed and was a key figure in Porto’s capture of a 31st national title.
Bednarek took 41.18 percent of the vote, finishing ahead of Famalicão’s Ibrahima Ba on 9.41 percent and Arouca’s Tiago Esgaio with 8.24 percent.
The award is decided by ballots cast by the competition’s coaches.
