Real Madrid clashed heads with Alaves at the Mendizorrotza Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to secure all three points on the road in La Liga. Los Blancos made a quick start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 24th minute when Kylian Mbappe found the back of the net. Xabi Alonso’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.

Carlos Vicente equalised for the home team in the 68th minute. However, Rodrygo found the back of the net just eight minutes later. The match ended with the Madrid giants earning a narrow 2-1 win away from home.
