Boca name 23-man Libertadores squad to face Cruzeiro, Cavani and Palacios omitted | OneFootball

Boca have named a 23-man squad to face Cruzeiro in the Copa Libertadores on Tuesday at La Bombonera, after training at Ezeiza. According to LaNumer12.com.ar, the group was confirmed this morning.

Claudio Úbeda selected the players who will go into camp at the Marriott hotel tonight. Edinson Cavani and Carlos Palacios are not included.

Santiago Ascacibar misses out through suspension following his red card against Barcelona, and Adam Bareiro is sidelined with injury. Lucas Janson returns to cover the centre-forward vacancy.

Goalkeepers: Leandro Brey, Javier García. Defenders: Ayrton Costa, Lautaro Di Lollo, Marco Pellegrino, Marcelo Weigandt, Juan Barinaga, Nicolás Figal, Malcom Braida, Lautaro Blanco.
