Bologna: Dan Ndoye set for Nottingham Forest move, transfer imminent

Dan Ndoye is on the verge of leaving Bologna to sign with Nottingham Forest. The Swiss international successfully completed most of his medical in England this Tuesday, July 29, 2025, as part of a transfer valued at around €45 million.

Dan Ndoye is closing in on a Premier League switch. The winger, who has Senegalese roots and is under contract with Bologna until 2027, will join Nottingham Forest after the two clubs reached an agreement. The 24-year-old underwent his medical, with the initial tests coming back positive. His transfer could be made official soon, once the final paperwork is signed off.

Negotiations between Bologna FC and Nottingham Forest resulted in a deal estimated at €40 million plus an additional €5 million in performance-related bonuses. The Bologna management has accepted this lucrative offer, which will bolster the club’s finances and also secures 10% of any future resale of the player.
