Leeds face Bournemouth on Wednesday with early team news showing one player ruled out and four doubts, offset by two returns. The rearranged fixture follows their FA Cup progress.

According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Leeds beat Wolves 3-0 on Saturday to move to 39 points, eight clear with five games left, before Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final at Wembley. Bournemouth won 2-1 at Newcastle and have not lost in the league since a 3-2 home defeat to Arsenal on Saturday, January 3.

Bournemouth midfielder Tyler Adams recovered from a quadriceps issue and has played 45 minutes off the bench in the last two matches, against Arsenal and Newcastle. Leeds centre-back Joe Rodon, injured at West Ham in the FA Cup quarter-final, returned earlier than anticipated and featured late on against Wolves.

Lewis Cook has missed seven games with a hamstring problem, is partially back with the group and is close, but not yet ready. Left back Julio Soler, also sidelined by a hamstring issue, has missed 12 matches, is training again but not ready for major minutes, and was not in the squad at Newcastle.

For Leeds, Anton Stach’s ankle ligament injury had pointed to May, he missed Wolves, and Daniel Farke hopes he will be back pretty soon. Dan James suffered an adductor strain before the West Ham tie, has not featured since, is assessed day to day, and is also hoped to return soon.
