Brentford scout Genoa midfielder Morten Frendrup and plan move | OneFootball

Serie A side Genoa could lose midfielder Morten Frendrup soon and there is interest from Premier League side Brentford.

Frendrup has also been linked with Milan in recent weeks and there has been talk of interest from Brighton and Hove Albion as well. Liverpool have also been someone who have followed him over the last few months.

TuttoJuve today have reported that Brentford watched Frendrup closely in the game against Cagliari at the weekend and have been keeping tabs on him for about a year now. Juventus are also an interested club and they see him as a potential replacement for Nicolo Fagioli.

Having said that, Brentford could make an offer of about €10 million in the January transfer window. Genoa’s valuation is at €20 million and that isn’t something Italian clubs can afford. Milan have also watched Frendrup live during games but they haven’t decided to focus completely on him.
