Brentford welcome Burnley to the Gtech Community Stadium on Saturday, looking to maintain their perfect home record against promoted teams.
The Bees have won their last 10 Premier League home games against sides from the Championship. Consequently, they will be confident of extending that run against a struggling Burnley outfit. Keith Andrews’ side has been formidable at home this season. However, they must bounce back from consecutive away defeats. A win here would solidify their mid-table position and keep them looking upwards.
Brentford manager Keith Andrews is contending with a significant long-term injury list, having confirmed the “devastating” news that Fabio Carvalho has ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in training. The former Liverpool midfielder will miss the remainder of the season, joining a growing “ACL club” at the Gtech Community Stadium. He is sidelined alongside Antoni Milambo, who is also out for the campaign, and Josh Dasilva, who is not expected to return until the early stages of 2026.
Despite these long-term blows, the Bees are otherwise in good health for their upcoming fixtures. All eyes will be on striker Igor Thiago, who is enjoying a prolific season. The forward is currently sitting on nine Premier League goals and is bidding to reach double figures in just his 13th appearance of the season—a feat that would set a new club record for the quickest time to reach 10 goals in the competition.
Brentford predicted XI: Kelleher; Kayode, Collins, Van den Berg, Ajer; Henderson, Yarmoliuk; Ouattara, Damsgaard, Schade; Thiago
The Premier League fixture takes place at the Gtech Community Stadium tomorrow, Saturday, 29 November 2025. Kick-off is scheduled for 3:00 pm GMT.
This match will not air live in the UK due to the 3:00 pm GMT Saturday blackout.
