The annals of Premier League lore have officially welcomed another iconic name to its hallowed halls after Manchester United's Bruno Fernandes added his name among the very best to ever feature in the top flight of English football.

United's mercurial midfielder, who has produced one of the most impressive single-season campaigns in recent memory, now sits alongside two titans of the English game when he turned provider for Bryan Mbuemo's 76th-minute strike against Nottingham Forest.
The Red Devils, who are assured entry back into the Champions League next season, lead Forst by a single goal across a thrilling 3-2 encounter at Old Trafford, and many turned out at the iconic ground waiting with bated breath in the hopes of witnessing the moment of greatness.
Fernandes now sits alongside Manchester City icon Kevin De Bruyne and Arsenal and Premier League legend Thierry Henry as the only players to achieve 20 assists across a single league season.
With United still to lock horns with Brighton on the final day next weekend, the 31-year-old, who has also created 30 big chances on the domestic front while surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo for combined goals and assists (per Opta), will still have a chance to make the record his own against the Seagulls.
